2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• One account per individual is permitted
• Corporate accounts require additional verification

3. Investment Services

We provide various investment opportunities including managed plans, direct stock trading, and crypto access. All investments are subject to market risks.

4. Investment Risks

You acknowledge and agree that all investments involve substantial risk of loss. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose.

• Market volatility can lead to substantial losses
• Cryptocurrency investments are subject to extreme price fluctuations
• No investment strategy can guarantee returns
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions

5. Fees and Charges

We reserve the right to charge fees for certain services as outlined in our pricing page. All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit to any investment. We may modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice to existing users.

6. Withdrawals and Redemptions

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the terms of your specific investment plan. Standard processing times are 3-5 business days. Some plans may have lock-in periods or withdrawal restrictions as disclosed at the time of investment.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary. You may close your account at any time, subject to the withdrawal terms of your investments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by TRW Capital Finance and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
